To request a return:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

• Email wanderingflamellc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the defect

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions or replacement options.

You can choose:

• A free replacement (if available)

• A store credit

• A full refund to your original payment method (in certain cases)

We cover return shipping on defective or damaged items.

🔁 Exchanges for Other Items

We get it—sometimes you need a different color, style, or spark.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

To begin an exchange:

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The new item you’d like (if applicable)

  • A photo, if the item arrived in error or damaged

Exchange eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Shipping:

• You’re responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error or damage

• We’ll ship your new item within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
